I have less than one month left of work so I made this scarf/wrap/shawl for my boss. I really want one for myself. I worked on this during April & May.
Pattern: Clapotis
Yarn: Franklin by Valley Yarns, 75% Wool, 25% Nylon
I haven’t given it to her yet. And she just told everyone that she’s pregnant and due in October so maybe I can whip something up for the baby too. Everyone wants a baby skully sweater these days.
Notice that I also got a haircut last week. It’s not very cute, and after I got it cut I had to get rid of the pink parts because it looked weird. I’ve been wearing it kind of wavy and messy lately. And cramming the beach, a pool party, a bbq bash into 10 days gave me a bit of a tan, despite heavy use of SPF 55 and 70. Now I need to find new foundation to match.

I like the new hair, it’s very chic! And I’ve been noticing that I’m tanning more than usual too, and I’m all about SPF 100,000. Ack, global warming strikes again.
P.S. Nice FOs! I love Franklin, looks great as a Clap.
